• Specialized in Tax Litigation by the Instituto de Estudios sobre Justicia Administrativa del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa (2001).
• Tax Certification by Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana (2004).
• Foreign Trade Certification by Asociación de Maquiladoras y Exportadoras de Chihuahua (2005).

Career

 At the beginning of his career he worked as an attorney for the tax federal authorities, as well as Secretary at the Federal Tax and Administrative Courts, activities that provided ample experience in his practice.

At a later stage, he focused his practice to provide private taxpayers´ defense, as advisor and litigating tax and administrate matters for important national and foreign clients.

His practice has been focused on advising  specific sectors of taxpayers, regarding the interpretation and compliance of tax obligations. Defending the client´s interests in tax audits made by local, state and federal authorities; filing of administrative lawsuits and annulment proceedings against the execution of taxes; filing of amparo trials against tax laws as well as the advice and legal defense against administrative proceeding initiated by any governmental agencies.
