Career

He is a lawyer specialized in foreign trade, tax and customs law, with more than 15 years of experience providing strategic
legal advisory services and innovative solutions in the national and international field. He has led important initiatives in
foreign trade, regulation, compliance and litigation, excelling in the ability to manage complex projects and providing value to
clients in various areas.

He is currently president of the foreign trade committee of the Accountants Institute of Nuevo Leon (ICPNL), where he
has led key projects for the promotion of international trade in the region. He is a partner in a Mexican firm with international
presence in Barcelona, Spain and Suzhou, China, with more than 150 collaborators.

Within his activity he has accumulated experience in both legal advice and litigation before all corresponding courts,
which has allowed him to offer comprehensive solutions to his clients, from the prevention to the resolution of conflicts.
