Career

During his career, he has provided corporate legal advice to national and foreign investment companies. At the beginning of his career, he worked at Bryan, Gonzalez Vargas y Gonzalez Baz, S.C. and then he became founding partner at Lexcorp Abogados, S.C. Throughout his practice He has worked closely with Chambers and Organisms from different industries, participating particularly with the design and planning of the structure of their bylaws, as well as the drafting of their national regulations. With a proven expertise in the authorization of permits, regulations and compliance regarding firearms and explosives before the Ministry of Defense.

He has provided his legal services to important national and foreign clients, this, through operations in different areas such as corporate, M&As, compliance, agreements, real estate, foreign investment, energy, due diligences, joint ventures, intellectual property and investment projects.
