Career

He is a candidate to become Federal Public Broker, having completed his notary practices; he was partner at a civil and commercial litigation law firm; he also worked as an associate at a Public Notary office in Queretaro and since 2012 he has focused on corporate practice currently as partner.

During his practice, he has advised important national and foreign clients from the establishment of their operations in Mexico up to all legal matters needed in order to operate and expand their businesses. He has provided legal advice and assistance with corporate matters, M&As, compliance, agreements, acquisitions, development, sale or lease of real estate, foreign investment, energy, due diligence, joint ventures, intellectual property and investment projects.
