Career
Throughout his professional career he has advised several local, national and foreign companies, either by performing necessary actions to enforce their rights, or in defense of their
interests; as well as developing preventive strategies to minimize labor risks in companies through Labor Compliance and Labor Auditing. He has mainly worked in the defense of companies.
He has been in-house counsel for important companies and external counsel for corporate offices, prior to becoming our partner.
Our partner has spent his professional career undergoing constant academic preparation, combining his practice as a litigation attorney, as a professor of law at the Universidad TecMilenio
Campus Chihuahua and as a external training agent of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare on the topics of: Conflict Management and Employment Termination. Likewise,
he has been a speaker at the 2016 Labor Affairs Diploma Course for the Asociación de Maquiladoras y Exportadoras de Chihuahua, A.C. (Index Chihuahua).
