Career

At the beginning of her legal practice she made profesional practices in the Local Legal Administration of Chihuahua; then she worked as a customs lawyer at the Customs of Chihuahua (2012-2014), as well as an advisor in the legal representation area of the Taxpayer´s Defense Attorney’s Office in Chihuahua (2014-2015), where she performed functions such as the filing of administrative appeals, and amparo. She also served as an advisor at the service of the tax collection management of INFONAVIT (2015-2016).

Actually her practice has been focused on advising specific sectors of taxpayers, regarding the interpretation and compliance of tax obligations. filing of administrative appeals and amparo trials against tax laws as well as the advice and legal defense against administrative proceeding initiated by any governmental agencies.
