Mr. Perales is a litigator, in practice since 2004; Law graduate by Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Chihuahua, and has Specialty in Constitutional Law by Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Law School (2007), Specialty in Notarial and Registral Law, By Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, Law School, (2016) and courses in labor law.
Throughout his professional career, he has advised several local, national and foreign companies, either initiating legal procedures to enforce their rights, or in defense of these; as well as creating strategies in order to prevent or minimize any risks labor and Compliance Labor. He has specialized on settling definding for
companies. He has been a member of important firms in this city and company lawyer , before joining as our partner.
Our new partner has developed his professional career by means of continuous academic preparation, combining his practice as a litigation attorney with his experience as a professor at TecMilenio Campus Chihuahua, and expositor in the Labor Ministry and in a Diploma in labor relations in Index Chihuahua 2016.
